GENERATING GEOCHEMICAL INFORMATION FOR SOCIETY: SAMPLE ANALYSIS<\/h2>\n

The ASGMI Geochemistry Expert Group (GEGEOQ)<\/strong> invites you to participate in the online workshop “GENERATING GEOCHEMICAL INFORMATION FOR SOCIETY: SAMPLE ANALYSIS”<\/strong>, which will take place on November 12 and 13<\/strong> as part of the series “GEOCHEMICAL INFORMATION AT THE SERVICE OF SOCIETY.”<\/p>\n

This workshop contributes to the goal of scientifically supporting the acquisition of multipurpose geochemical data and information\u2014essential for prospecting, exploring, and planning the use of mineral resources; designing agricultural and health programs; and sustainably managing the natural environment and land use, among other applications.<\/p>\n

The development of a proper sample analysis process is crucial for generating geochemical data and information. It is therefore necessary to deepen the scientific foundations of this stage and promote the use of updated, state-of-the-art methodologies with international standards and benchmarks.<\/strong> It is imperative to adopt the latest advances in analytical processes to produce high-quality data that enhance geochemical knowledge and research in each territory.<\/p>\n
