elementor-size-default\">ANTECEDENTES:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56dca46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56dca46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEl <strong>Grupo de Expertos de Pasivos Ambientales Mineros<\/strong> se crea para dar cumplimiento a los <a href=\"https:\/\/asgmi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Declaraci\u00f3n-de-Santa-Cruz.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Acuerdos de Santa Cruz<\/a> que se establecieron en el taller sobre Evaluaci\u00f3n y Recuperaci\u00f3n de Pasivos Ambientales Mineros celebrado en octubre de 2008 en el Centro de Formaci\u00f3n de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola en Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-934c7e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"934c7e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEste taller se celebra como consecuencia del encuentro <em>\u00abLos Servicios Geol\u00f3gicos Nacionales: Instituciones p\u00fablicas para el desarrollo sustentable\u00bb<\/em>, celebrado en el mismo lugar en marzo de 2006 y en el que los Servicios Geol\u00f3gicos miembros de ASGMI declaran: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e43482 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e43482\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>\u201cSu disposici\u00f3n a implementar programas orientados a la realizaci\u00f3n de mapas l\u00ednea-base ambiental y a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los pasivos ambientales mineros, proponiendo alternativas para su remediaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/strong> \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24fa5d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24fa5d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDurante el taller de 2008 se cre\u00f3 un grupo de trabajo que lleg\u00f3 a formular un <strong>manual para el inventario de pasivos ambientales mineros<\/strong>, aceptado por ASGMI en 2010. No obstante, los acuerdos se Santa Cruz pretend\u00edan continuar con el <strong>desarrollo metodol\u00f3gico para la caracterizaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de la peligrosidad\/riesgo de los PAM<\/strong>, lo que consist\u00eda en: \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f121f53 elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"f121f53\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">La creaci\u00f3n de un grupo de trabajo cuya misi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 elaborar una propuesta metodol\u00f3gica para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la peligrosidad\/riesgo de los PAM sobre el an\u00e1lisis matricial de la severidad del impacto causado por los PAM previamente inventariados, y la probabilidad de ocurrencia del fen\u00f3meno susceptible de poner en riesgo la salud, los bienes y\/o el medioambiente. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">El grupo de trabajo tendr\u00e1 un \u201cn\u00facleo de ponentes\u201d, encargado de la elaboraci\u00f3n de los primeros borradores de propuestas metodol\u00f3gicas. Tales propuestas ser\u00e1n analizadas, debatidas y aprobadas, en su caso, por los miembros del grupo de trabajo. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">El Plan de trabajo para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propuesta metodol\u00f3gica para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la peligrosidad\/riesgo de los PAM se ajustaba a los siguientes hitos: <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b54791e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b54791e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>Septiembre de 2010.<\/strong> Primer borrador, elaborado y consensuado por el grupo de trabajo, para su distribuci\u00f3n y aportaciones, si proced\u00eda, a los todos los participantes en el Taller. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0300ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0300ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>\nDiciembre de 2010.<\/strong> Documento de propuesta metodol\u00f3gica completamente elaborado para su distribuci\u00f3n a los Servicios Geol\u00f3gicos miembros de ASGMI. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-11ebe4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"11ebe4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>\nMarzo de 2011. <\/strong>Aprobaci\u00f3n formal de la propuesta, si proced\u00eda, por la XVII Asamblea General Ordinaria de ASGMI que tendr\u00eda lugar en M\u00e9xico. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16bb743 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16bb743\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">MISI\u00d3N Y VISI\u00d3N DEL GRUPO DE EXPERTOS EN PASIVOS AMBIENTALES:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8c4860 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a8c4860\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La <strong>misi\u00f3n<\/strong> del <strong>Grupo de Expertos en Pasivos Ambientales Mineros <\/strong>es materializar los Acuerdos de Santa Cruz y elaborar una <strong>metodolog\u00eda com\u00fan para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la peligrosidad\/riesgo de los PAM sobre el an\u00e1lisis matricial de la severidad del impacto causado por los PAM previamente inventariados, y la probabilidad de ocurrencia del fen\u00f3meno susceptible de poner en riesgo la salud, los bienes y\/o el medioambiente.<\/strong><\/p><p>La <strong>visi\u00f3n<\/strong> del GEPAM es configurarse como un grupo de expertos l\u00edder en el estudio y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los pasivos ambientales mineros, incluyendo aspectos vinculados con protecci\u00f3n ambiental y con la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica como miner\u00eda secundaria o con la puesta en valor del patrimonio cultural-minero, en su caso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70d4acb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"70d4acb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">OBJETIVOS A CORTO Y MEDIO PLAZO:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f969251 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f969251\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Como objetivo a corto plazo, el GEPAM aspira a su consolidaci\u00f3n como grupo de trabajo de referencia en el estudio y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los pasivos ambientales mineros. Como productos tangibles, pretende:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4123bad elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional
